AI represents one of the most transformative technological advances in human history. While its potential is revolutionary, realizing its full benefits depends critically on effective human-AI interaction, which in turn requires thoughtful organizational design. In this captivating session, HKUBS Prof. Jin LI explored AI’s revolutionary role in modern organizations and equipped participants with strategic frameworks to navigate policymaking and manage power dynamics in the AI era.
This session marks the inaugural lecture of the Power Lunches with iCube lecture series, a collaboration between HKU Business School and Hongkong Land, aimed at fostering knowledge sharing, community engagement, and thought leadership.
Speaker Prof. Jin Li
Jin Li, director of HKU’s Centre for AI, Management and Organization (CAMO), is Zhang Yonghong Professor of Economics and Strategy at HKU Business School and Head of the Management and Strategy area. Before joining HKU, Prof. Li taught at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the London School of Economics, where he held tenure.
