About the event

Stress, tight deadlines and juggling responsibilities outside of work can often mean that we compromise the balance we need in our lives to maintain wellness. Join us as we shine a light on the negative effects of stress, fast-paced, unforgiving work environments and juggling work with life responsibilities. We will explore how these environments can affect our sleep patterns, breathing and overall balance. Our experts will also share some practical tips and tools to find greater balance and a better you including how to improve sleep, breathing techniques, nutrition and breaking down negative thoughts that may be holding you back.
