He was previously the Head of Equity Structured Products at Daiwa Capital Markets and the Head of Single Stock Exotics Trading at Deutsche Bank. Dick founded TDX Strategies in May 2019, an institutional-grade derivatives and structured products platform on digital assets that services high net-worth clients, family offices, institutions, corporates, and hedge funds.
