About the event
During the book talk, Mr. Lance Tanaka, shared wisdom from his executive coaching experiences, introducing 8 leadership challenges and highlighting 2 of the principles for success – identifying your passions and polishing your strengths to stand out. He emphasized the importance of having a clear purpose and staying authentic to oneself in order to achieve extraordinary results. With real-life examples woven into the speech, attendees enjoyed a dynamic presentation filled with valuable professional development insights.
Following the presentation, Ms. Jienan Han, Director of HKU iCube, joined Mr. Tanaka for an insightful fireside chat. Together, they delved into actionable strategies for leaders and individuals to discover and hone their core strengths.
About the Author
Lance Tanaka is a renowned international coach and the Managing Director of Lance Tanaka Group. With over 24 years of experience, he has empowered more than 1,000 executives from leading multinational and local companies to achieve extraordinary results. Prior to this, Mr. Tanaka has held key leadership roles, including 15 years at Pepsi-Cola International and 4 years as Vice President of International at Nike.
