This event, in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund, offered a deep dive into the Asia-Pacific Economic Outlook. Prof. Chang Sun kicked off the event with a warm welcome to the IMF team, introducing the Assistant Director & Division Chief of IMF’s Asia-Pacific Department, Dr. Li Cui, for opening remarks on the big picture of the region’s economic situation. Dr. Rahul Giri and Dr. Andrea Pescatori from the IMF’s Asia-Pacific Department then shared analysis and insights on their research. The event concluded with a thought-provoking panel discussion moderated by Prof. Chang Sun with Dr. Pescatori and Dr. Cui, sharing key takeaways from the studies and engaging participants in a lively Q&A.
