About the event

Following the first session in March, which focused on strategies for responding to mental health conversations, the second session of this interactive workshop series, under the University’s Staff Development and Engagement Budget Scheme, uncovered positive psychology approaches to building resilience. Participants learned practical skills to maintain wellbeing and focus from a mental health trainer from MindHK, and gained candid insights from a MindHK Mental Health Ambassador who shared his experience of navigating pressure.
