This research paper launch event explored Hong Kong’s evolving virtual asset regulatory landscape and the future of digital finance. The program included a fireside chat with Ernest Ho, Head of Digital Finance at HKMA, on Hong Kong’s Digital Finance Playbook in Practice. This was followed by the official release of the research paper, Evolution & Expansion: Navigating Hong Kong’s Virtual Asset Regime and the 2026 Regulatory Perimeter. The event concluded with a startup demo and networking session that brought together industry professionals and innovators.
